DESCRIPTION:The H.O.P.E. Program’s 8-Week Summer Electrical Training Program is designed to introduce youth ages 12–17 to the electrical trade through hands-on learning\, mentorship\, and life-skills development. Throughout the program\, participants will learn basic electrical theory\, tool identification and safety\, wiring techniques\, receptacles and switch installation\, conduit bending\, blueprint basics\, and proper use of PPE and electrical equipment. Students will engage in real-world projects\, teamwork activities\, and interactive lessons that build confidence\, discipline\, leadership\, and work ethic. Our goal is to expose youth to positive career pathways in the skilled trades while providing a safe\, structured\, and encouraging environment that promotes growth both personally and professionally.
